Sales Manager – Germany (Human Medical Training Division)
Remote (within 50–70 km of Frankfurt)
We are an international provider of advanced B2B medical training solutions, including cadaver-based education programs, working with hospitals, corporate clients, and medical device manufacturers. Backed by a private equity fund, our Human Division is expanding into the German market as part of ambitious growth plans across Europe, with Germany as the launch market and the UK set as the next milestone in 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to be the first commercial hire in Germany and to shape business development from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive business development and revenue generation in the German market
2. Sell the full portfolio of human medical training services
3. Act as the primary commercial contact between clients and internal teams
4. Establish the foundations for a future local sales team
Ideal Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
5. 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medtech, surgical education, orthopaedics, or medical device companies with cadaver lab exposure
6. Strong knowledge of healthcare client structures and decision-making cycles
7. A proven track record in launching new markets or business units
8. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with leadership potential
9. Fluent German (native or near-native) and excellent English (C2 level)
