We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive our expansion in key markets and support the development of new business opportunities. As part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying market gaps, conducting research, and analyzing target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth through the identification of market gaps and niches with a focus on market research and analysis
* Lead business development efforts in key regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
* Coordinate presentations, procurements, and submissions with internal stakeholders
* Build relationships with key partners and distributors to increase visibility and presence in target markets
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
* Demonstrate expertise in the company's solutions and provide exceptional customer service
About You:
* You possess a strong winner mentality and a proven track record in sales or business development
* You have 2-4 years of experience in the SaaS and automotive sectors, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape
* You are an effective communicator with excellent people skills and can run smooth demos, solve client needs, and address objections
* You are a well-organized facilitator who can translate client needs into tangible actions for marketing, project, and IT teams
* You are a self-learner who is curious and loves the challenge of matching clients' requests with the company's solutions
* You are a proactive and outgoing communicator who enjoys social media, conferences, round tables, etc. to engage with the market
* You are a native German speaker with high fluency in English, with any other European language being a plus, particularly French or Dutch
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with further degrees being a plus
* A network in the automotive industry is highly valued
