A leading home appliance brand is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive expansion across retailers in mainland Europe [with a main focus on DACH region]. We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic DACH Head of Sales to strengthen our client's retail distribution and accelerate sales growth. The goal is to double revenue within the next three to five years while maintaining healthy margins, with Germany as the key focus market.
The business currently operates through a network of distributors and marketplaces, with all European products shipped from a German warehouse and supported by sales agents in Germany and Spain.

Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue through improved retail distribution across mainland Europe.
* Lead all European sales operations, with a primary focus on Germany.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers to expand brand presence.
* Work closely with the product development team to align future innovations with sales channels.
* Leverage marketplaces strategically to support growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in developing retail distribution across mainland Europe [German experience is essential].
* Strong experience managing sales in consumer electronics, small domestic appliances, or air treatment products.
* Expertise in European retail markets, with a deep understanding of how marketplaces fit into the landscape.
* Fluent in German, English, and ideally French.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of experience in DACH sales and distribution management ideally within the electronics or SDA category.
* Self-starter with strong motivation and leadership qualities.
* Team-oriented and able to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
* Based in Germany or Benelux, with flexibility to travel throughout Europe.
* Competitive salary up to €130 000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
