Key responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence, as well as organizing meetings, coordinating travel, handling calls, reception, and client hospitality.
You will also prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices, coordinate with international finance and accounting teams, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
