10x.team connects top freelance professionals with leading AI labs to push the boundaries of large-scale AI models. We are seeking experienced legal professionals in the EU or UK to help improve the technical accuracy and real‑world relevance of AI systems.
What You’ll Do
Review and refine AI-generated responses related to legal matters, contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, logical consistency, and regulatory alignment
Draft realistic legal scenarios, such as contract negotiation, regulatory compliance checks, dispute resolution, or advising on corporate governance
Create scenario variations from perspectives such as in‑house counsel, outside counsel, regulator, or client
Identify weaknesses in legal reasoning, regulatory interpretation, or risk management approaches
In simple terms: You’ll assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real‑world legal practice, professional standards, and regulatory compliance. This is not day‑to‑day legal administration. Instead, you’ll contribute to the evolution of AI's understanding of legal systems and frameworks at scale.
You Are
An experienced legal professional such as a general counsel, in‑house lawyer, compliance officer, or regulatory advisor
Based in the EU or UK
Skilled in contract law, corporate governance, compliance, or regulatory frameworks
Comfortable spotting legal inconsistencies, compliance gaps, or impractical legal advice
Available 8–20 hours per week, able to start in the coming weeks
Ready for fully remote, flexible work alongside your existing commitments

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role you will:
Review and refine AI-generated responses related to transformation, change management, operational improvement, and digital strategy.
Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, practical business alignment, and relevance to real‑world organisational challenges.
Draft complex business scenarios, such as change management plans, digital adoption roadmaps, process optimisation cases, and strategic recommendations.
Create variations of the same scenario from different business perspectives (consultant, operations lead, project sponsor, stakeholder, change agent).
Identify weaknesses in AI logic regarding business transformation, stakeholder management, KPIs, risk mitigation, or process redesign.
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI content so it reflects up‑to‑date business transformation practices and applies real‑world logic.
This is not direct project management or consulting. Instead, you are helping improve how AI understands and reasons about business transformation at scale.
You Are (Transformation)
An experienced business consultant, transformation specialist, operations leader, or similar
Based in the EU or UK
With several years’ experience in business transformation, change management, operational improvement, or digital strategy
Used to evaluating business processes and recommending improvements
Comfortable identifying flawed business logic, unrealistic strategies, or weak change plans
Available 8 to 20 hours a week alongside your professional activities
Able to start in the coming weeks
