For our E-Commerce department in our Head Office in Munich we are looking for an E-Commerce Intern with passion and drive. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). In this position you work closely with our E-Commerce team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Implementing and optimizing daily site merchandising updates based on key launches, inventory, marketing calendar and overall Merchandising Guidelines in close collaboration with HQ E-Commerce team
2. Optimizing on-site search results based on weekly performance trends
3. Reviewing and validating translations for all digital touchpoints (Newsletter, Homepage, Paid Search & Social)
4. Monitoring product sales performance and assisting with reporting and analyzing all key KPIs
5. Defining product selection for newsletters and performance marketing based on specific communication needs and category performance
6. Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed
7. Monitoring competition on current trends and best practices of e-commerce competitors
8. Participating in the preparation of presentations on an ad hoc basis
Profile
9. University studies with a focus on Business, E-Commerce, or another relevant field
10. First significant work experience ideally in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (e.g. working student or internships)
11. Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
12. Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
13. An analytical mindset and strong organization skills in combination with an interest in digital trends
14. Knowledge of the E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
