Business Analyst - transfer agency (MultiFonds TA) About the mission Advisory Key is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a trailer fees replatforming project within a major financial services environment. Responsibilities Analyse business needs and produce clear functional documentation Test new functionalities on the trailer fees module and follow-up on changes Provide strong functional expertise on MultiFonds TA and its satellites Participate in release management (pre/post-production sanity checks) Track, control, and report on project changes Organise training sessions and write user guides Identify risks and maintain the project knowledge base Profile required 7 years of experience as Business Analyst in financial services Strong expertise in MultiFonds TA (mandatory) and Estars Deep understanding of Transfer Agency trailer fees (calculations, reconciliation, reporting, KPIs) Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Autonomous, rigorous, comfortable in complex environments Technical environment MultiFonds TA · Estars · MS Office · BP2S · sFTP · Prince2 Advisory Key is a Consulting & Recruiting Company specialized in Project Management, Business Analysis and Operations in the investment fund industry & wealth management.
