Our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) department is responsible for all ASML buildings, infrastructure and facilities throughout their life cycle. As our Facility Management Services Specialist in our CRE Team, you will take full responsibility for managing supplier´s deliverables in both soft and hard services across our Berlin sites in Britz and Köpenick. Your mission is to ensure efficient Facility Management services and supplier´s accountability regarding the operational responsibility by helping the team to develop and implement effective service concepts and maintenance strategies. The role requires frequent presence onsite (minimum 60 %).
As a Facility Management Services Specialist, you will:
1. Assess current Integrated Facility Management service levels from the content perspective and lead process optimization initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures through innovative solutions and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
2. Ensure the stakeholder map is regularly updated and establish effective communication and collaboration frameworks across all FM services.
3. Together with the Supplier Manager and the ASML FM Team, work on the development and the introduction of the new services, including defining scope, content and implementation plans aligned with business needs.
4. In collaboration with the FM team, Data Quality Specialist and the IFM supplier, optimize the usage of the Computer Aided Facility Management Software to ensure transparency, efficiency and seamless integration of processes.
5. Co-design with our supplier manager and the sourcing department respective IFM sourcing strategies and work closely with our IFM supplier to achieve FM objectives effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards for maintenance and asset management, safeguarding reliability and availability.
Qualifications
7. You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering).
8. You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, ideally within a production or industrial environment.
9. You have excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.
10. You are familiar with legal requirements and standards related to Integrated Facility Management solutions, building operations, maintenance and asset management.

25. Die aktuellen Service-Level des Integrated Facility Management aus inhaltlicher Sicht bewerten und Optimierungsinitiativen für Prozesse leiten. Dabei identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale und Kosteneinsparungen durch innovative Lösungen und Best Practices, um Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
26. Sicherstellen, dass die Stakeholder-Map regelmäßig aktualisiert wird, und effektive Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsstrukturen für alle FM-Services etablieren.
27. Gemeinsam mit dem Supplier Manager und dem ASML FM-Team neue Services entwickeln und einführen einschließlich Definition von Umfang, Inhalten und Implementierungsplänen, abgestimmt auf die Geschäftsanforderungen.
28. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem FM-Team, dem Data Quality Specialist und dem IFM-Dienstleister die Nutzung der CAFM-Software optimieren, um Transparenz, Effizienz und nahtlose Prozessintegration sicherzustellen.
29. Zusammen mit dem Supplier Manager und dem Sourcing-Bereich entsprechende IFM-Sourcing-Strategien mitgestalten sowie eng mit dem IFM-Dienstleister zusammenarbeiten, um FM-Ziele effektiv zu erreichen.
Deine Qualifikation
30. Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Facility Management, Hospitality Management oder einer technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Bauingenieurwesen).
31. Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Facility Management mit, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld.
32. Du beherrschst Deutsch ausgezeichnet und Englisch gut jeweils in Wort und Schrift.
33. Du kennst die gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Standards im Zusammenhang mit Integrated Facility Management-Lösungen, Gebäudebetrieb, Wartung und Asset Management.
