We are seeking a seasoned Service Desk expert to reinforce our teams.
* Main responsibilities include adapting to different situations, using experience and knowledge, as well as colleague advice in the financial field.
Involvement in customer projects is also expected. Tasks will need to be performed such as support on network infrastructure, call handling tracking dispatching and escalation monitoring critical systems participation infrastructure improvement maintenance and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
