Business Development Manager B2B, E-Mobility - Stuttgart Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Business Development Manager B2B for the German market. In this role, you will take full ownership of sourcing and commercial partnerships, driving relationships with retailers, leasing providers, and manufacturers to expand the company’s footprint across Germany. Your Responsibilities Market Ownership: Take full responsibility for sourcing and business development activities within a key German bicycle market. Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with bike retailers, promoting a structured trade-in program for used e-bikes. Stock Sourcing: Identify and negotiate opportunities to acquire excess or unsold stock to expand product availability. Leasing Partnerships: Develop strong collaborations with leasing providers to source returned e-bikes. Manufacturer Relations: Work closely with leading e-bike manufacturers to secure high-quality products. Process Optimization: Improve procurement and sourcing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations, optimizing purchasing conditions and contractual terms.
