For our Lean Operation Management department, in Bremerhaven, we have the following position to be filled as Lean Coach (f/m/d)
Your tasks = Our dish
As a Lean Coach you will enable people to reach their potential, thus optimizing their own performance and the value they add to the organization, additionally cutting down on the wastes and ensuring that the existing processes are made more efficient.
* Improve operational efficiency and productivity and clarity in organizational vision
* Conduct projects, workshops and coordinate knowledge transfer together with the Lean Organization
* Act as a role model and identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement action plans for Lean & Business improvement,
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of cooperation and Continuous Improvement,
* Develop high standards and promote them through personal example,
* Motivate, train and coach the team in order to achieve operational success.
Your ingredients = Our success
* Completed academic degree in production engineering, industrial engineering, technology or a comparable field or successfully completed vocational education with Master craftsman (Meister) qualification,
* Several years of proven project experience, ideally in Lean transformation, operational excellence, or process optimization in an industrial environment,
* Six Sigma Green Belt with proven successful application examples
* Solid and hands-on experience in applying Lean methods (e.g. 5S, SMED, Ishikawa, Shopfloor Management) and professional project management
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high level of self-drive and implementation strength
* Ability to communicate clearly, convincingly, and at eye level across all hierarchy levels and functions
* Role-model mindset with a strong coaching attitude, high standards, and the ability to inspire and enable others,
* Advanced English skills (spoken and written), enabling confident collaboration in an international environment
* High level of commitment, resilience, and a hands-on mentality with the ambition to create sustainable impact
