Your key responsibilities include;

8. Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and menu creations
9. Act as a contact for service staff and ensure smooth cooperation with other departments

10. Completed culinary training and solid professional knowledge
11. Passion for fine dining and initial experience in a professional kitchen
12. Enthusiasm for reinterpreting classics with high quality standards
13. Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
14. Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a motivated team
15. Familiarity with HACCP and its daily application
