You'll make an impact by You support the GenerativeAI team in Corporate Communications by assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel lists Building on this, you help identify and develop AI use cases by collaborating with business units, testing new bots and tools, and validating proof-of-concepts together with stakeholders Additionally, you contribute to community management by supporting colleagues in their AI learning journeys through guidance, training sessions, and creating documentation for internal generative AI platforms Furthermore, you assist in general research activities and help update presentations, templates, tutorials, and other materials to ensure continuous enablement across communications teams This is how you'll win us over Education : You are currently enrolled in a university program in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a comparable field Experience and Skills : You have strong technical curiosity and understanding of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiar with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity Experience with agentic workflow solutions or coding copilots is a valuable asset Ways of Working : You demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and structured approach to tasks and communication Languages : You communicate confidently in both English and German You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
