Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone. Handle inquiries related to gaming accounts, bonuses, and technical issues effectively. Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience. Stay informed about product offerings and gaming industry trends. Requirements Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming sector. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to new cultural experiences.
