Your mission
In this position, you will oversee and guide the sales and marketing efforts across multiple software products and diverse market channels. You will align these efforts with our division’s overall objectives, ensuring effective market penetration and driving growth. You will develop our sales and marketing organizations, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
* Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
* Overseeing customer engagement and relationship-building activities, ensuring exceptional service and support.
* Identifying, developing, and optimizing sales channels to maximize reach and efficiency.
* Conducting market research to understand customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and using insights to inform strategic decisions and product development.
* Defining and tracking KPIs for sales and marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed, and reporting performance to leadership.
* Managing the budget for sales and marketing, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.
You will report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and be an active member of our management team. The location for this position can be at one of our Swedish sites, Tübingen, Germany, or Mebane, US. International travel is included.
Your profile
We seek an experienced leader with a proven track record in sales management within the software industry. Your background includes leading globalization and transformation of sales and marketing organizations, from strategy to execution, and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Experience in manufacturing and digital B2B business models is beneficial. A relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge is required. As a global business, strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
We value personal qualities such as strong analytical and conceptual skills, effective negotiation abilities, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, inspiring personality with a 'can-do' attitude. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also important.
