Responsibilities:
* Set up and and operate European DE and NL subsidiaries' human recourse management, coordinating multiple human resouce and law suppliers( e.g EOR, tax, insurance), ensuring adherence to European regulations and labor laws;
* Operate end-to-end HR processes for employees across Europe, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, as well as build and maintain data dashboards, the HR system with the focus on performance management and employee relations;
* Provide professional compensation & tax consultation for line managers and HRBPs, resolve pay-related inquiries and employee concerns.
* Manage the expatriate management program and support for colleagues who come to Europe for business trip;
* Organize employee care initiatives, execute local engagement initiatives, and foster a cohesive multicultural environment;
* Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support the recruitment procedures for certain positions;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
* More than 5+ years of HR experience, with rich knowledge particularly in compensation & rewards and employee relations, with solid Germany or DACH regional working experience.;
* In-depth knowledge of German labor law, local salary customs, social insurance and statutory benefit regulations.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong planning and organizational skills with the experience of multitasking under pressure, preferably in multinational environments;
* Strong data analysis capability, proficient in Excel; experience with HRIS / payroll systems is preferred.
* Fluent in German (C1) and Business English for daily cross-functional and global communication.

* Based in Düsseldorf : Hybrid arrangement with 1 day of remote work (WFH) per week .
