Generalist Human Resources Professional
We are seeking a driven and passionate professional to fill a Generalist HR role. As a trusted contact for employees and managers, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing payroll processing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and keeping HR manuals up to date
* Conducting onboarding and orientation for new hires and supporting training for managers on HR processes
* Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring support
* Managing and executing payroll processing
* Oversighting the performance review system and supporting evaluation processes across all employee groups
* Assisting in training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives
* Managing HR reporting, overseeing compensation benchmarking, and handling general HR administration

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
* 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
* Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
* Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and HR/payroll systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
