Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth in the West Germany region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team of experienced sales professionals.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales targets for the West Germany market. You will cover our molecular diagnostic product portfolio.

* You will conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision makers to introduce and upsell our products.
* You will build rapport with existing clients and new ones.
* You will ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects, and methods.
* You will provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service, and support.
* You will be the effective representative for and positive promoter of the company brand.
* You will establish and maintain high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
* You will drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and goals and objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and profitability.

To succeed in this position, you should have a background in selling diagnostics products, preferably molecular. You should also have a proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.

Additional requirements include the ability to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized. You should also have proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system.

The ideal candidate will be capable of driving change management initiatives and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means. They will also have demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth.
