DACH is CoachHub’s biggest market and we are looking for a motivated Working Student - Marketing (f/m/d) to support the region’s business growth at our Berlin office!
Start Date: As early as possible, from January 2025
Location: Based in Berlin (flexible hybrid work environment)
Duration: 15-20 h/week
Compensation: A competitive hourly salary
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the marketing team across the board with a variety of day-to-day activities: plan marketing campaigns, develop & brief marketing assets and designs, translate global content, write campaign copy, create social media content, prepare Email newsletters & more.
2. Help with the organisation of top-level online and offline events such as trade shows, HR conventions and CoachHub-hosted events.
3. Support client marketing initiatives including video recordings, communication partnerships, keynotes preparation and content creation.
4. Help the coordination with Sales and Client Success teams, providing Marketing campaign briefs and ensuring all leads are followed up.
5. Report on all your activities to monitor their impact on lead generation and revenue.

Your Profile
11. You are a native or fully fluent German speaker, who is also 100% fluent in English (mandatory, as it’s the work environment language). Additional European languages are a big plus.
12. You are enrolled in German based University, preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Administration or related.
13. You have great interest in marketing and want to get some more practical experience next to your studies (and can handle the extra hours next to your curriculum).
14. You already have some first practical marketing experiences, ideally in a B2B environment.
15. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll prepare internal briefings and presentations, as well as external copy for newsletters, social media etc.
16. You value working in a team (both regionally and globally), being proactive and enjoy working independently
17. You have a data-driven mindset making sure no digit escapes your surveillance.
18. Good knowledge of all Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
19. You are based in Berlin or within commuting distance.
Desirable but not mandatory:
20. Experience with event management is a big plus.
21. A good understanding of the DACH media environment is a plus.
22. First experiences with online marketing and tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
23. Graphical and or video editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
