Responsibilities
You will support the development and implementation of digital solutions for an internal start-up:
1. App development: You will be involved in the design and development of an app for order entry and monitoring
2. Teamwork: You will work closely with all functions involved in the process, such as research & development, product stewardship, and logistics
3. Communication measures: You will support the project team in planning and implementing communication measures, obtaining feedback, and monitoring progress
4. Training material: You will create training material and documentation and, optionally, organize initial training sessions
Requirements
5. Education: You are currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, economics, or a related field
6. Knowledge: Ideally, you have already acquired some knowledge of project management and are interested in digital systems and solutions
7. IT: You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications
8. Working style: You are a strong communicator and team player, tackle new challenges with enthusiasm, and are willing to get involved in new projects
9. Languages: You can communicate fluently in both German and English
