Position Summary
Network, Systems, and Support Engineer with leadership experience in service desk operations. Skilled in managing Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Server platforms, and enterprise networking. This role demands a technical expert capable of supporting a hybrid infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration between cloud services and on-premises systems while maintaining high performance and security standards.
Responsibilities will include:
Network Infrastructure Management:
* Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
* Monitor network performance, troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues.
* Implement and manage VLANs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and QoS policies.
* Ensure network security by configuring firewalls (Cisco ASA, Sophos, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and NAC solutions.
* Perform network capacity planning and scalability assessments.
Server & Systems Administration:
* Deploy,
Experience
3-5 years total experience in combined systems/network administration
2+ years specifically managing cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint/Teams)
3+ years Windows Server administration in production environments
Network troubleshooting experience with tools like Wireshark, ping, traceroute
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks
