At an early stage you will be integrated into the operational work of an international foreign trade company. At the same time, you will acquire theoretical knowledge at the university of applied sciences. The innovative and dual Bachelor's programme in business administration gives the opportunity to optimally combine theory and practice.
In the course of the bachelor studies, practical phases in the company will be substituted by regular theory phases at the technical training college, with students being given the opportunity to learn about all key areas of HELM AG in the practical part.
In addition, they acquire the theoretical knowledge of a business administration course at the NORDAKADEMIE University of Applied Sciences in Elmshorn.

For an apprenticeship in our company you have the following qualifications:
1. very good A-levels
2. good German and English language skills and at least basic knowledge of one other foreign language
3. basic mathematical understanding
