Join us as a Regional Sales Director in Berlin or Konstanz* and help us drive sustainable growth by leading and scaling our EMEA customer-facing teams.


Who you are

Experienced sales leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong grasp of modern sales processes, forecasting, and coaching.

Customer-value driven: You put the value we deliver to customers at the center of your sales strategy and decision-making.

Software-savvy: You have experience selling software or SaaS solutions and understand complex, consultative sales cycles.

People leader: You excel at hiring, coaching, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Strategic thinker: You combine strong planning skills with sound judgment, enabling you to make clear decisions and execute effectively.

Clear communicator: You communicate with confidence and impact, both internally and externally, across different stakeholder levels.

Language skills: You are fluent in English and German.


That's the job

Lead the EMEA customer team: Manage and develop a regional team of Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and an Account Solution Engineer.

Drive regional growth: Define and execute regional sales strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth across EMEA.

Sales planning & execution: Develop 90-day sales plans and strategic account plans aligned with company goals.

Executive relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and executive stakeholders across Europe.

Customer engagement: Actively participate in customer meetings to understand business needs and shape tailored solutions.

Team enablement: Coach your team to deliver compelling proposals, demos, and use-case reviews that clearly articulate the value of KNIME.

Cross-functional alignment: Provide strategic input to internal discussions and ensure customer needs are aligned with product and company priorities.
