Key Responsibilities:
* A key member of the technical team will be responsible for handling user requests, incidents, or questions related to OBC components: telecom, hardware, MDM, applications.
* The ideal candidate will determine proper escalation procedures for problems they cannot solve and prioritize accordingly.
* The successful candidate will formalize resolution procedures so that the Level 1 team can resolve recurring issues in a continuous improvement mindset.
* The individual will escalate unsolved issues to Level 3, track, and follow up on their resolution internally or with external partners.
* They will ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
* Participate in and/or manage technical evolutions and projects to drive innovation and growth.
* Collaborate with R&D initiatives, developing Proof Of Concept with external suppliers to identify and implement new solutions.
* Solve complex issues in their domain when escalated by Level 1 and log all request/incident updates in the ticketing tool.
* Provide training to users on technical aspects.
Profile:
* An IT or Industrial Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Curious and creative, autonomous, and dynamic, driving change and innovation while supporting continuous improvement.
* Technical skills in programming are highly valued (Python, JavaScript, SQL).
* Familiarity with OBC / IoT / M2M technologies considered an asset.
* Proficiency in English and French languages is required (German language skills are a plus).
