Job Title: Sales Manager DACH UV Flexo


About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Manager for the DACH region, specializing in UV Flexo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in designated regions.
* Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage account portfolios, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
* Collaborate with the European Business Development Director UV Flexo to prepare local sales budgets and targets.
* Develop targeted account management plans to drive market growth and capture new business opportunities.
* Capture and analyze customer data, activities, and contact opportunities to inform sales decisions.
* Manage product and service needs of customers, staying up-to-date on technical performance and product developments.
* Review and update customer forecasting and demand to ensure accurate inventory management.


Requirements:

* Strong industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, or printing (Flexographic, Screen, or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo.
* Proven track record in customer relationship management, with a focus on sales growth and customer acquisition.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Good understanding of colour theory and ink management tools, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP.
* Fully competent driver's license.
