We are working with a leading construction and engineering business delivering complex, high-specification projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for quality and safety, the business operates across a range of sectors including industrial, logistics, and advanced manufacturing environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Site Supervisor to support the delivery of site-based construction activities in Maasen, Germany .
The Role
Working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring site progress, and maintaining high standards across health & safety, quality, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is delivered in line with programme
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site labour
• Monitor health & safety compliance and enforce site standards
• Carry out regular site inspections and toolbox talks
• Report progress, issues, and delays to the Construction Manager
• Ensure works are completed to required quality standards
• Assist with reviewing drawings, plans, and method statements
• Support logistics planning including deliveries and materials coordination
• Identify and escalate risks or issues on site
• Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements
• Experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
Certifications
• CSCS (or equivalent)
• SSSTS / SMSTS (preferred)
• First Aid
