Your Responsibilities
1. Act as primary technical contact for customers: specifications, feasibility, cost analysis, project planning, sampling, and validation
2. Manage projects with global development scope, mainly involving Asian Business Units
3. Support industrial segments such as white goods, lawn & garden, small appliances, coffee machines, data center cooling, and more
4. Identify the best technical solution together with Business Units, balancing performance, cost, competitiveness, and sustainability
5. Ensure customer requirements are fully reflected in BU developments
6. Support both single components and subsystem solutions
7. Work closely with Key Account Managers on growth plans, customer strategy, and opportunity development
8. Prepare and present technical concepts and offers to customers
9. Own customer R&D relationships and ensure a structured development and sales process
10. Maintain technical and commercial documentation (Salesforce, PDMS4)
11. Take full responsibility for small to mid-sized customers, including budget and growth planning
Your Profile
12. Degree in Engineering (electrical, electromechanical, or similar)
13. 1–2 years of experience in Application Engineering, Project Development, or a similar role
14. Graduates with strong technical motivation are welcome
15. Fluent in English and German
16. Customer-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
17. Structured, reliable, flexible, and eager to take ownership
18. Motivated to engage directly with customers and build long-term relationships
