Optimus Search has partnered with a company shaping the future of next-generation mobility and transportation technology. Whether it’s powering real-time route optimization for autonomous vehicles, managing massive data pipelines for intelligent traffic systems, or ensuring the high availability of smart city infrastructure, this is cloud engineering with a real-world impact.
As the demand for scalable, high-performance cloud solutions continues to rise, we’re looking for a Cloud Ops / Cloud Architect to design, build, and optimize the cloud backbone of a company whose technology is changing the way people and goods move.
If the thought of working on high-availability cloud platforms that support millions of transactions per day, AI-driven decision-making, and real-time data processing excites you, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Your Role as a Cloud Ops / Cloud Architect:
* Architect and build a modern, sustainable cloud infrastructure that supports the high-speed, real-time demands of autonomous vehicles using Kubernetes.
* Ensure seamless deployment of critical services with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux, optimizing for low-latency and high availability.
* Design and maintain resilient, loosely coupled Microservices that process vast amounts of sensor data from vehicles across the world.
* Develop and secure large-scale cloud environments, ensuring encrypted and efficient processing of critical driving and navigation data.
What we expect:
* Passion for Infrastructure-as-Code, leveraging GitOps (GitLab CI/CD, Argo, Flux) to build repeatable, automated deployments.
* Experience managing message brokers like RabbitMQ, ensuring real-time data exchange between vehicles and cloud services.
* Hands-on knowledge of cloud provisioning with OpenStack, Terraform, or OpenTofu to scale infrastructure on demand.
* Deep Kubernetes expertise.
* German Fluency Required (B2 and above).
