You are the digital driving force for our DACH business. As a strategic IT Business Partner, you shape digital strategies, drive innovation, and ensure our technology creates measurable value. A key position with significant scope in a global food leader.
How you will contribute
1. Digital Strategy DACH: Development & implementation
2. IT Partnership: Bridging Business & Global digital organization
3. Value Creation: Deliver the right digital solutions that enable business growth
4. Future Ready: Embed AI in the organization and augment employees capabilities
5. Portfolio Management: Steering IT projects (concept to realization)
6. Operational Excellence: Smooth IT operations & escalation management
7. Compliance: Data protection & labor law (Works Council)
8. Site Engagement: Fostering MDS presence on-site
What you will bring
9. Experience: Several years in IT/Business (ideally FMCG) with hands on experience in implementing technology solutions
10. Strategic Thinking: Business & IT strategy development
11. Stakeholder Management: Senior-level communication & persuasion
12. Digital Mindset: Passion for innovation, analytics, digitalization
13. Languages: German (native equivalent), English (fluent)
14. Personality: Proactive, results-oriented, hands-on
15. Matrix Environment: Experience, ambiguity tolerance
