The Senior Corporate Services Specialist supports operational and administrative activities within a corporate environment, with a strong focus on coordination, process management, and cross-functional collaboration. Independently perform complex administrative and organizational tasks in support of management
Support planning and controlling activities, including resource coordination
Handle administrative responsibilities such as documentation, reporting, and communication
Manage communication with internal departments, external partners, and authorities
Support operational topics such as registrations, compliance-related matters, and documentation
Assist in the preparation and coordination of organizational changes and internal projects
Completed vocational training in a commercial, administrative, or office management field, or a comparable qualification
Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and common database applications
Experience in budget planning support, invoice verification, and communication with stakeholders
Experience in process management, including documentation, analysis, and optimization
German: C1 level
English: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
