Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes, and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
Responsibilities
As a Global Client Director, you will:
* Conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups.
* Provide thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, challenging customers to think differently and offering industry-specific points of view.
* Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact.
* Create long-term strategies to foster customer loyalty and build a resilient ecosystem.
* Collaborate with customers to discuss how to enrich their value to their clients and develop mutually agreed roadmaps for innovation and transformation within strategic accounts.
* Proactively explore and identify technologies, gauge customer interest, and understand competitive positioning within the industry.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree AND experience in an industry such as Government or Education, or experience driving digital transformation.
* Alternatively, Master's Degree AND relevant industry experience or digital transformation experience.
* Experience working with mid-to-senior level executives, providing recommendations and collaborative insights.
