Aufgaben:
* Shape the future of Advantest's ECAD and MCAD tools and processes inside Hardware R&D
* People Management of the CAD tools & processes team
* Work with different functional areas and customers to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
* Lead and coach the team in delivering improvements to our CAD tools and processes
* Hire new team members and develop the team towards independent, innovative and high-quality project execution
* Responsible for delivery against specific targets and assigned projects.
* Build a vision and strategy for the team, derived from Advantest's overall goals
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with CAD design tools in product development
* Experience in a lead or supervisory role
* Good team, communication and organizational skills
* Strong customer focus and structured, independent working style
* Advanced English and German language skills
* Proven ability to develop teams, foster individual talents and maintain a positive team spirit
