As the Website & Digital Experience Manager for Omoda & Jaccoo Deutschland (O&J), you will focus on the continuous optimization and innovative projects regarding the website, app, CRM and other owned digital platforms for the brand.
We are looking for a Senior Manager role to join our marketing team and improve our efforts to enhance user experience, encourage content engagement, and increase conversion rates. This job will put you in charge of designing our overall CX, UX and web content strategy from "unknown to marketing qualified lead and beyond".
Responsibilities
Lead digital projects primarily focusing on the O&J web platform, including the CX, UX and content strategy and execution, SEO, GAIO, car configurator development, TOC Calculator, chat bot integration, web personalization, s2s tracking etc..
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to oversee all projects
Conduct user testing, competitor benchmarking, and journey mapping to enhance customer interaction.
Be the main contact point for all stakeholders and cross-brand teams to align digital strategies and initiatives.
Set-up and utilize campaign & web analytics tools to evaluate user interactions and coordinate content enhancements with brand, PR and content teams.
Design data-driven web experiences using CRM/CDP and integrating digital strategy with business goals.
Bring innovative ideas to life to aid in the digital experience of customers interacting with the O&J brand.
Managing 3rd parties like agencies and platform partners safeguarding they deliver quality within time and budget
About you:
3+ years of professional experience, at least 2+ years in building and running automotive websites that cater to the German market's accessibility & legal requirements (En-PKV, GDPR etc.)
Experience delivering holistic IT projects
Full digital project management experience including budgeting, establishing timelines, and implementation
Automotive industry experience and understanding of online Car Configurator
Proficient in web development and performance tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau)
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience with Salesforce implementation is a plus.
Willing to work 5 days onsite close to Frankfurt Airport.
German native and proficient English-speaking skills
