The Role: Your Impact & Responsibilities
* Capital Structuring: Take the lead in assembling and refining critical documentation to secure funding for our wind energy portfolio.
* Strategic Advisory: Act as a key financial advisor to the group by preparing investment and capital allocation proposals for executive decision-making.
* Banking Operations: Oversee high-level banking administration, managing everything from new account integrations to complex contractual mandates.
* Business Modeling: Critically assess and validate the financial viability of emerging business models within the renewable sector.
* Cooperative Management: Support the financial governance and administrative framework of our cooperative entities.
* Financial Governance: Drive capital measures and ensure compliance with cooperative law regarding financial distributions and reporting.
* Executive Reporting: Draft sophisticated financial resolutions and briefing materials for internal boards and external stakeholders.
* Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day liquidity, project-specific funding, and provide ongoing financial consultancy to our subsidiaries.
