Our value proposition "Energy For More" is the guideline for over 2,400 employees who are supporting our customers through an increasingly complex energy world with excellent engineering expertise, outstanding regulatory competence, proven speed of action and comprehensive sustainability expertise.Your future tasksLead – in close collaboration with the core marketing team - communications and marketing activities to build brand awareness, generate demand and build customer loyalty.Create and execute the field marketing plan, aligning GETEC objectives and global marketing plan with the sales and business targets of Benelux.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform local marketing strategies.Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and industry influencers.Collaborate with the core marketing team to develop compelling content, messaging and campaigns for local market needs.Adapt or create demand and lead generation campaigns to promote GETEC solutions and services, in line with the GETEC marketing strategy and Benelux business targets, to deliver leads (or qualified opportunities) to the sales pipeline.Accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-based marketing actions.Collaborate with Corporate Communications to drive local media relations, internal and external communications and crisis communications management.Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, including fairs, trade shows, customer conferences, roadshows, and executive roundtables.Measure and report on field marketing program effectiveness using agreed key performance indicators.Manage the field marketing budget for Benelux, ensuring optimal resource allocation and RoI.Own relationships with local agencies and suppliers.YOU AS A PERSONDutch language: Native/Advanced Professional Proficiency, and English at a business level.
