DRAX Altus have been retained by a high-performing German private equity fund currently raising for their third fund and looking to hire a senior investment professional in support of this.
The firm has seen exceptional growth in recent years investing across several verticals and is now looking to bring on an experienced investment professional to focus on software, where they continue to see lots of momentum within their portfolio.
Having made several key junior hires recently, they are now looking for a senior investor with significant experience in investing and supporting software companies that can play a core role in sourcing, as well as deal execution and value creation across the portfolio.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of Private Equity experience (7-15 years total work experience)
* Significant experience in Software, ideally with at least 1 transaction in the space personally originated and closed
