Key Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating and analysing financial situations of products, customers, and suppliers for management, sales, etc.
* Analyse standard costs with actual costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Manage coherent data in the dedicated system to maintain efficient operations.
* Review daily profit and forecast related reports to inform business decisions.
* Calculate consumption for paper, stocks,… to identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare group report and review all AC reports to provide insights on performance.
* Manage intranet file upload and conduct monthly stock take to maintain organisational efficiency.
* Reconcile stock in accounting and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal and external audit teams and respond to Statec enquiries to demonstrate compliance.
* Prepare basic financial statements and notes to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Follow up on investments grants from local ministry and EU to leverage opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A degree education in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
* Good spoken and written English – French would be an asset.
* PC literate and motivated, self-sufficient, and well organised.
