* Employee Lifecycle Management: Prepare and manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle, ensure seamless transitions and effective employee engagement.
* HRIS & Data Integrity: Take responsibility for the accurate input and continuous maintenance of all employee data in designated systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
* Regulatory Compliance Specialist: Act as the go-to expert for complex queries regarding labor law and tax legislation, providing authoritative guidance to stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact and manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
* Policy & Process: Review, adapt, and communicate policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency, driving business success through effective governance.
* HR Transformation: Actively participate in transformation and continuous improvement projects, leveraging expertise to drive strategic change and growth.
