Das erwartet dich Lead and manage projects for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for ( inflight ) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food factories Analyze, evaluate, and optimize production and kitchen processes, deriving tailored solutions for our clients Provide strategic consulting to international clients on investment decisions, efficiency improvements, and sustainability concepts Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers Ensure quality and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level Das bringst du mit University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition & Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions Proven track record in leading project teams and confidence in working with international clients at senior management level Business-fluent in German and English High willingness to travel internationally Das findest du bei uns At io-consultants we are offering you a challenging and exciting position within our team working to provide customized business solutions to our varied clients.
