Lead and scale yfood’s global e-commerce business as a core pillar of the omnichannel growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability and international expansion in close alignment with local market and retail priorities.
* Full ownership of the global E-Commerce P&L (DTC and Amazon), including revenue, margin, pricing, promotions and product offering
* Lead E-Shop & Tech Stack (Shopify), Performance Marketing and CRM teams
* Own forecasting, budgeting and integrated business planning across markets
* Drive international market roll-outs and use e-commerce as an enabler for retail and omnichannel expansion
* Scale performance marketing, conversion and Customer Lifetime Value, including subscription models
* Evolve CRM towards retention-, loyalty- and lifecycle-driven growth
* Own the e-commerce technology and UX roadmap to ensure scalability and speed
* Act as strategic counterpart to Influencer Marketing as part of the acquisition and mid-funnel setup (non-disciplinary)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* 8–12+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Growth or performance-led businesses
* Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial mindset
* Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRO and CRM
* Experience in international and omnichannel environments preferred
* Excellent communication skills (Englisch C1))
