Junior IT Administrator (m/f/d) What your work will look like:
* You will be jointly responsible for the administration of hundreds of virtual servers for us and our customers in our own data center. The Windows terminal server is the main platform for various applications. But you will also administer and maintain database servers, web servers, virtual telephone systems, security and backup systems together with other colleagues.
* As a trained IT administrator, you are the first point of contact for our employees and customers, you administer the IT environments and help users with their daily inquiries and problems (first-level support).
* In your support team, you work together with colleagues in a spirit of trust.
* You play your part in the successful implementation of projects and have the opportunity to develop yourself further at any time.
✔ IT environment
* nlb's data center at the Verden site and our customers' external sites.
* Firewall from Fortinet, SecurePoint and Sophos - segmented networks, VLAN, WLAN, VPN.
* Server virtualization with VMware vSphere - backup and replication with Veeam.
* Windows Server Terminal Services as the main platform for our customers' applications.
* Exchange On-Prem and MS 365.
What you should bring with you:
* Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable professional experience.
* Experience in IT administration.
* Good knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange and MS 365.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
* You enjoy talking to customers and are a team player.
