Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect (Security) to join our Security team. You will work on projects for customers as a Solution Architect, provide strategic advisory on security requirements for IT and business areas, design and implement customer-specific security concepts, and lead PoCs. You will plan, implement and support end-to-end security solutions and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
* Implementation of projects at the customer site as a Solution Architect
* Strategic advisory to customers to meet specific IT and business security requirements
* Design and implementation of customer-specific security concepts (SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, NAC, XDR, MFA, etc.)
* Support, execution and documentation of Proof of Concepts (PoC)
* Planning, deployment and ongoing support of security solutions (end-to-end)
Qualifications
* Technical degree or training with a tech focus
* Several years of experience in advisory, planning and implementation of security solutions, preferably with Cisco, Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks products
* Cisco certification (CCNP or CCIE Security) is required; other vendor certifications or demonstrated experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks are a plus
* Strong knowledge of Cisco Security (ASA, Firepower, NAC, MFA, micro-segmentation, SSE/SASE)
* Good knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst, ASR, SD-WAN)
* Experience in building, troubleshooting and supporting Cisco Security solutions and networks
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Structured and independent working style
* Team-oriented mindset with constructive collaboration
* Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
