Job Description We are seeking a Business Development & Executive Operations Specialist to support a Strategy Consultant Manager in managing client-facing activities, business development processes, and internal project coordination. The role requires strong structuring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage tasks related to proposal development, client documentation, and operational support in a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Business Development Support Analyze RFPs, coordinate proposal responses, and prepare structured and persuasive bid documentation. Support opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and preparation of client-facing materials. Client Interaction & Contract Management Coordinate client communications related to contracting, procurement processes, and service agreements. Draft and review contract documentation, aligning with internal and client-specific requirements. Presentation and Communication Excellence Independently create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clear storyline, logical structure, and adherence to corporate design standards. Support preparation of client pitches, engagement proposals, and internal project materials. Operational and Administrative Coordination Manage internal operations including time recording, expense management, and administrative reporting related to ongoing engagements. Ensure compliance with internal governance processes for project documentation and approvals.
