About this position Financial planning is a key instrument to steer our business across regions and strategic business units and to achieve our financial targets. In this role you will lead the financial planning process for Henkel Adhesive Technologies end-to-end.
What You'll Do
* You orchestrate the annual financial planning processes for the Adhesive Technologies business from an end-to-end point of view
* You are responsible to further develop the planning methodology and tool landscape
* You corporate closely with all relevant stakeholders within the business unit, especially the Controlling team of the strategic business units and regions
* You prepare documents for top management related to financial planning
* You act as interface from Adhesive Technologies to the Henkel group level for all matters related to financial planning
* You lead and development the financial planning team
What makes you a good fit
1. Master’s degree with focus on Finance / Controlling or equivalent
2. 8+ years of relevant professional experience, first people leadership experience is a plus
3. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
5. Comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals
6. Fluent English skills
