My client, are a leading international C&I solar business, now looking to expand rapidly in Germany. To be successful in this role YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN C&I SOLAR SOLUTIONS.
As the Head of Sales, you must be able to confidently lead client meetings and speak technically about the solution.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and execute the national sales strategy for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV solutions.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on C&I clients.
* Drive growth through direct sales, channel partnerships, and innovative financing models (e.g. PPAs, Solar-as-a-Service).
* Identify new market opportunities and tailor offerings to client needs.
* Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally in renewable energy or energy services.
* Deep understanding of the German solar market and regulatory landscape.
* Strong network within the C&I sector.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
