Our client, a professional industrial machinery manufacturer, is urgently seeking a Country Manager to join their team in Germany
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively in Hardware, DIY/Tools, & Outdoors Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and sustain essential client relationships, influencing key decision-makers to facilitate positive outcomes.
* Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to boost market penetration and achieve sales targets. Continuously assess and refine strategies to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
* Market Visits and Analysis: Conduct regular market visits to reinforce client relationships and gather valuable competitive and market information to inform decision-making.
* Project Management: Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring timely project completion and target achievement, managing the entire lead-to-cash process.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, demand planning, logistics, retail operations, and finance, to execute comprehensive go-to-market plans.
* Crisis Management: Employ basic crisis management skills to address core issues and devise effective solutions.
Basic Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in the Germany is a MUST
* Experience in a Hardware, DIY, Tools, Outdoors sales role.
* Experience working with Distribution Preferred
* Willingness to travel as needed
* Able to speak Chinese and English is a MUST
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office skills.
