Head of Circularity Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks
1. Focus on customer satisfaction and the continuous development of the group-wide circularity business.
2. Develop the international circularity group strategy in collaboration with the strategy team, VP, and eVP.
3. Lead venture building in circularity, including platform business and internal capabilities, in cooperation with MMS countries.
4. Provide strategic and operational advice to countries regarding circularity; manage expectations; facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of best practices.
5. Lead and develop the international Trade-in, Repair, After Sales & Repair, and Branded Services Teams.
6. Translate latest trends in sustainability and technology into MMS ventures.
7. Lead the Operational Excellence Initiative to enhance store and HR excellence through personalized services, guided selling, and performance management.
8. Support deployment of AI-based sales assistance to increase service attach rate and customer and employee satisfaction.
9. Develop, test, and scale blueprints for successful rollout across all MMS countries.
Your profile
1. University degree in Economics or similar.
2. Extensive omnichannel retail experience.
3. Proven leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
4. Significant experience and success in international circularity services, e.g., Repair / Refurbed.
5. Deep knowledge of sustainability in a retail context, ideally in an omnichannel environment.
6. Experience managing international, cross-functional projects and teams.
7. Strategic skills with success in venture building and platform businesses.
8. Work style: Hands-on decision-making, analytical, results-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn, perseverant, collaborative, and an effective communicator.

They lead in designing and selling solutions that maximize customer technology use.
