What you will do Build, maintain and improve complex financial models to support decision making Perform company and project valuations such as DCF, multiples and scenario analysis Challenge, validate and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and key value drivers Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior management Prepare user-friendly & insightful Power Point presentation Act as sparring partner to Executive Management Team, Controlling, Business Groups and Strategy Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes Promote a data-driven and analytical decision-making culture in the organization Perform month end closing analysis including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow review Improve MEC processes to increase speed, accuracy and reliability of monthly closing Drive standardization and automation of reporting packages and KPI dashboards across Business Groups What you will need Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in a Big Four firm or similar high‑performance environment Strong interest in project‑driven work and cross‑functional collaboration Highly analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models Advanced Power Point skills (e.g. also Thinkcell) Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics (e.g.,SAP BW.
