Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks
5. Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
6. Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
7. Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
8. Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
9. International project commissioning and after-go-live support
10. Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
11. Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
12. Change request processing for existing customers
Qualifications
13. Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
14. High level of service and customer orientation
15. Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
16. Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
17. Good written and spoken English
18. Willingness to travel
19. Experience with sophisticated software architectures
20. Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)
21. Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
