Your responsibilities
* Further development of functions, services, and interfaces in the ERP/CRM environment (Dynamics/Microsoft Business Central)
* Development and integration of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Connection and integration of COTS products
* Design and implementation of custom modules for advanced requirements
* Analysis of business and technical requirements and translation into scalable solutions
* Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
* Planning and execution of tests (unit, integration, and system tests)
* Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
* Contributing to the establishment and further development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Implementing and optimizing automated deployments (CI/CD)
* Taking responsibility for your own modules or business domains
* Technical management and coordination of external development partners
* Active participation in reducing technical debt and continuous system optimization
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience
* Completed degree in IT, vocational training, or comparable background
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable (or a strong willingness to learn)
* Experience with current development and integration patterns for Business Central and Application Language
* Knowledge of the Event/Subscriber pattern
* Understanding of application separation, dependencies, and collaboration with BC partners
* Experience with OData V2 for API development
* Practical experience with modern SDLC methods and tools
* Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and relevant extensions
* Experience with AI-supported, specification-driven development
* Knowledge of GitHub and DevOps is a plus
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript, .NET, or comparable modern programming languages
* Experience with cloud services (ideally Azure)
* Proficiency with databases (SQL required, NoSQL a plus)
* Experience in API design and integration via REST, SOAP, or messaging
* Knowledge of modern software architecture in modular system landscapes
Additional requirements
* In-depth understanding of business processes and their technical implementation
* Experience in integrating complex system landscapes
* Demonstrable telecommunications industry knowledge in the ERP/CRM environment (focus on Business Central)
